I don't live in Greece, though I have been fortunate to have traveled there a few times in recent years - most recently in 2007 and 2008... a bit of island-hopping each trip. My wife and I really like Athens also. I think it would be fun to live there for a while, use it as a base for more exploration, etc. We visited Ephesus on a trip in 2002. That's an amazing place, too.

Thanks again for your comments (and Flickr photos), and stay tuned for more Greek cats, etc.!David K.https://www.blogger.com/profile/16858682807911903730noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4286819676961646126.post-62542665403842080572009-04-10T22:21:00.000-04:002009-04-10T22:21:00.000-04:00Hi David,I just discovered your blog (via Twitter)...Hi David,
I just discovered your blog (via Twitter). Your photos are wonderful and bring back some fabulous memories. I lived in Greece (Athens) for nearly 3 years back in the early 80's and was fortunate to have visited many of the islands as well.

I went back in 2006 and 2007 and couldn't believe all the changes, post-Olympics. I also loved the island cats, and took a few cat pictures on the islands as well as in Ephesus. Do you live in Greece full time? Is that where you are currently? Anyway, I enjoyed reading about your adventures there.

http://www.flickr.com/photos/bonnechance/289321558/in/set-72157594360315781/Lyndanoreply@blogger.com
